– First National Bank wanted its interns to develop career competencies within diverse business units, such as the capacity to think differently and creatively, perceive and respect difference, develop trust and rapport, and to nurture a cohesive, collaborative and borderless culture.


Over two summers, Stuart designed and delivered a variety of programs, including an Art of Conversation Workshop, circle conversations, empathy discussions and speed dialogues.


81% of attendees said they were motivated by the programs. A significant majority affirmed that what they learned was used in their workplace and beyond.
